Adina Rudin, M.S.Ed

Founder / Owner

Adina Rudin, M.S.Ed., is the founder and owner of PRIDE Literacy, where she helps learners of all ages and abilities build strong literacy skills. With over 15 years in education and experience as a K–8 Director of Student Services, she brings both expertise and a warm, personalized approach. She earned her master’s degree in Special Education from Bank Street College of Education, is trained in Orton-Gillingham and PAF, and has experience with Wilson Reading programs such as Fundations. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and a parent of a child with ADHD, Adina brings personal insight and empathy to her work. Through PRIDE Literacy, she empowers learners to gain confidence, strengthen essential reading and writing skills, and cultivate a lifelong love of learning.

Ariel Jacob, M.S., M.Ed

Manager & Educator

Ariel Jacob holds both an M.Ed. and an M.S. from the University of Central Oklahoma and is an experienced educator and creative professional committed to supporting learners of all abilities. A disabled veteran, Ariel brings resilience, empathy, and a deep understanding of diverse learning needs to their work. They have worked extensively with high school and college students, as well as athletes preparing for the Paralympics, supporting individuals with injuries ranging from traumatic brain injuries to amputations. Ariel is highly solution-oriented and uses problem-solving skills, creativity, technology, and out-of-the-box strategies to teach learners with a wide variety of abilities across all stages of life.

At PRIDE Literacy, Ariel partners with learners to build confidence, develop skills, and foster a lifelong love of learning through personalized, inclusive support.
